where can i find premium special trains from hyderabad? are the tickets issued for destination station only in premium special trains? what about cancellations?

no you can book for intermediates as well
no cancellations possible whatsoever

As of now only one Premium SPL is available from Secunderabad on May 14 th to Patna & return on 16th...Tickets are issued for intermediate stations as well.No cancellations allowed.
