This train runs with just 16 coaches. Increase the CC to 24 coaches and make 8-10 coaches as slip train from Hotgi to Pune and back. The main train to Bijapur side can get the engine reversal at Hotgi itself instead of SUR and one hour can be saved by BJP/BGK passengers.
After arrival at SUR at 0700, can travel to Pune by 1100. Return journey can start by 1500 to arrive at SUR at 1900 and at HG by 2000 to join the main train and proceed to SBC/MYS.

Feel it seems a viable option- If not 24, atleast 21 coacher it can become- anyway now 22133/34 also doing a good job for Solapur so 50-50 change will be a good option
But I doubt if it can reach Pune by 11- may be it will reach by 12

Only thing we may have to allow Karnataka to overtake it- it cannot trail it- so may be at SUR it will have to get provision to overtake
