Railgarion ki Devi, Nanda Devi AC ko pranaam - Sunaina Malhotra

Travelled by Varanasai - LTT preminum boarded at Cheoki. Worst Experience:
1. Train departed 3.5 Hr delayed from Varanasi itself.
2. No announcemnet at Cheoki for two hrs about the train.
3. Spent Six hrs without shade from 12 Noon to 5:50PM at 40 - 45 C temerature.

though charged for Two meals and two snacks, only one meal and 1.5 anacks was served.
5. Though train reached LTT at 1:55 PM there was no effort made by onboard IRCTC manager Sanjay Tomar and Vendor Deepak and Company for Lunch. It was reminded to them atleat four hr in advance even when Train had not reached Manmad.
6. Moreever there was no TC in sleeper coaches to issue the certificate for less meal served. They might be enjoying in one of the Six AC coaches.
7. I was trying to file TDR for refund of one Meal, but there is no category for refund owing to non serving of meal/snacks.
What to do and where to complaint?
