So called the Japanese terms, Bullet Train,
Its not actually required in IR for now.
Maybe, it can helpful in next few decades.

abko high speed bullet trains nahi chahiye lekin desh ke baaki janta ko to chahiye. upper class wale agar 10 times sochte rajdhani ke booking ke liye. toh india ke sab airlines aaj band ho gayi hote. rajdhani trains ka ticket domestic flights ke tickets se jyada mehnga nahi hai phir flights par log kyun all india aate jate hai.
Common sense ki Baat hai, Jab BCT NDLS Premium Lean season me 200+ Empty Seats rehti hai on Fares lower than Airlines toh Bullet trn with almost 10,000+ Fare, how it will get Filled.
Even if a Bullet trn Runs with Constant 250+ Speed, it will takes 10 Hours to reach Mumbai From Delhi due to Topography, instead why not to Opt for Airline which brings in 2 Hours.

People Switch to Airlines not only because of Time Consuming but also because of Service. Except Air India, all other Airlines are Operated by Private Parties and Guaratee Service because of Maintaining reputation of the Company, which Railways cannot give at any Cost in all Decades.
