though i liked it, what could be the reason for change of my birth?
on May 23rd, 2A for this train was removed and additional 3A was attached and ticket holders for 2A were accommodated in this coach, B2. TTE had duly issued Certificate for traveling in lower class and informed passengers that they can claim the fare difference from any PRS. Is it true that i can claim the refund from any PRS.I am skeptical since mine was an e-ticket
I think the certificate need to be sent to the IRCTC, New Delhi. However, Lets see what other admins have to say on this.
