1.who is eligible for dis quota?
2.when wil seat allot means at d time of buking or at chart prepartion time??
3.wat is d proces for geting seat in dis quota???

nothing in special. any govt.aprroved I card to prove your identity shd b enough. like voter/dl/passport/pan/employees id card etc
