Yup. Mulanthuruthy - Chengannur track doubling. A new ROB is also being constructed near the station, so that the exiting one - which does not have enough space for the second tract under it - can be pulled down.
Platform should be ready in about a year's time, considering the impending monsoon season in Kerala. Going by the IR standards, (at least what I have seen in Kerala) I guess the track laying would take more time...
