don200shan 71 blog postsHappy to hear that Janshatabdis stop in Aluva nd Chertala would be cancelled.After provision of stop in Chertala this train was always reaching Ernakulam late by 15mins or so.Hope this move is welcomed by all and that the train would arrive Ernakulam even before 9.15.....:-)

DO ANY ONE REMEMBER THAT LONG LONG AGO THE PRESENT PGT DIVISION WAS NOT BASED AT PGT. THE ENTIRE WEST TN, MALABAR AND DK REGION WAS HEADQUARTERED AT PTJ. FEW PEOPLE SWEATED AND TOILED TO SHIFT IT TO OLAVAKKODE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HISTORY IS SOMETIMES FORGOTTEN.
I even remember the creation of TVC also in 1980's, It was mainly created to improve TVC stating the step mother treatment by MDU , It was the first division in south created like that , many people claim it was SA (who wanted a division based on the improvement of a state) but it was TVC.
