amitkasba~ 945 blog poststhere are many tickets kept for VIPs in ac coaches of every train but what happens to those seats when no vip travels in them?? do they converted to general/tatkal quota?? I have seen many big travel agencies book tickets for general public also in vip quota.. how they manage to do that?? anyone has any idea about this how to book vip quota or some special place quota tickets??
VIP and other quotas are utilised in clearing general waiting list according to the new rules...VIP quotas are alloted to General Waiting list at time of charting and those who book their tickets in VIP quotas must have to present ID at the time of booking at PRS and High Official seats are alloted to GNWL
and if general public want that unused quota then an application is needed for the allotment of these quotas and If IR finds the reasons loyal the these quota are alloted....
