Hi All,
I want to ask a question. In a train I see berth status showing as NOT AVAILABLE in general quota. But when I check the Lower Berth quota, the seat is available. So for my uncle who is 61 of age, I tried to book ticket through IRCTC. But I am not able to book ticket.
This lower berth quota automatically applies when we provide the Name and age in the required field. But till that part I can not go as the status is NOT AVAILABLE.

guide me how can i book a ticket in this situation ? Do i need to go to counter to book ?
