it was written like this -
i rohit acknowledge that i would serve xyz company for period of 9 months from date of joining failing to which i agree to pay 3 months of gross ctc .
i am saying to them that i am still ready to serve but company has terminated contract , so iam not forced to pay but they are not agreeing :'(
