Can I book a TATKAL ticket from NDLS(new delhi) to ST (SURAT) in 12952- MUMBAI RAJDHANI OR 12954-AUG KR. RAJDHANI ?
I doubt bcoz when I see the available seats on irctc for next day for this trains.. it shows NOT AVAILABLE.
where in other trains it will show AVAILABLE fir the days for which tatkal not opened yet.
Please reply.

No Tatkal quota in Mumbai Rajdhani nor in August Kranti Rajdhani.

But I can see available seats from NDLS to BCT (mumbai). But not for other stations.
Moreover I can book tatkal from (ST-surat) to ndls. But Not from ndls to surat.
So is it possible ?
