I have an e ticket but its chart has been prepared and it shows still Waitlist. So what if I board the train? Will I be penalised? If yes, how much it will cost me?

Chk the Final Status after Chart preparation.
if the Unconfirmed WL is extremely LOW( may be WL5 or WL10), u can buy a general ticket of u'r destination and approach the TTE. In case u'r lucky , u can get a SEAT(RAC seat)
