when we see the status of tkt, why there is two status ie WL19/WL12
what is this and what is actual status 19 or 12?
what is the difference between two? 19-12=7?

max 19 people booked since opening of booking for the train and since that day 7 people cancelled so current WL status is 12.
WL19 is the WL when you Booked
WL 12 is current status of your WL
