After the departure of WAT division from ECoR to SCoR, it is high time to establish two new divisions at Rourkela and Rayagada respectively under the jurisdiction of ECoR ..

Sir,i dnt knw or undrstand telugu.. If u can just translate in hindi or english..
Possibly if created then BZA,GTL,GNT Divisions of SCR & Some parts of WAT shall be in new Zone..VSKP shall be sure with new zone and actual plan is to keep entire state of residual AP under that new zone.
