Sharing some of my personal experience with this train when i traveled in it in May.
Terrible experience with Maharashtra Express, all Coaches are in bad shape & from old days, rusty & not clean, full of passengers everywhere, food is not up to mark, no electrical charging point in sleeper class, 3rd AC berths shaking from foundation & making noise all the way, police openly taking bribe from without ticket passengers, without ticket passengers travelling in 3rd AC coach also, overall worst experience. Don’t want to travel in this train again.

Not recommended for end to end travel, it benefits intermediate pax and runs like a fast passenger. Connects both ends of Maharashtra is the only plus.
