i am travelling on 5th june from vizag to secunderabad, however PNR sms is no longer there on my mobile phone. Likewise, in recent past, i have sent PNR no to PNR sms 5676747, everytime 3 rupees is deducted by the sms does not come back with PNR status. I have lost several rupees this way in recent past.
I know taking print out is an option, is there any other way to retrieve the PNR. Pl suggest.
Thanks and warm regards

I presume its an e-ticket. You can retrieve it by accessing your booking history in your irctc account. All you have to do is select your appropriate pnr/transaction and click on send sms button.
You can avail this function only 5 times per pnr.
Hope your problem is solved...

Dear All
There is an option in IRCTC account itself, where you can seek SMS to a limit of 5 times. I thank the friend below for the kind help. It was quite useful.
This service is also free, else the PNR SMS charges 3 rupees and return reply is not guaranteed, like wise, i have observed, we can send PNR no to 139, which also responds, but it only says train number and date and as confirmed, berth numbers are not reflected. This service is also paid service.
Thanks...
