The main problem,in NCR lies only at MGS ALD Side. Not whole Of NCR does the same.. Maximum speed is attained in NCR only.. Rest assured when you are travelling in NCR in Agra , Jhansi Division , and CNB side In Allhahabd Division. Till ALD all is good :)
