nitishkumar~ 19481 blog postsI think it is for crossing of Vananchal Express, Jharkhand Express and Ranchi-Bhagalpur Express due to the fact that Chandrapura-Rajabera-Tupkadih is single line.
But practically crossing is done between Katrasgarh-Chandrapura..Near Phulwartanr..I have travelled 3 times in thius train is past.
12817 Jharkhand Express is there.
