Wanted to know from members as to who decides the stoppages of a train.?
Is it the zone to which the train belongs to or do all zones through which it passes, also have a say on the same.
For example if a train is introduced from howrah to trivandrum and belongs to southern railways, will the zones/divisions in Bengal,Orissa,AP,TN also have a say in assigning stoppages???
