I tried booking Tatkal ticket in Vaishali Express today.

*I successfully logged in to IRCTC website 15 minutes before 10.00 AM.
*I filled form and waited with the list of trains.
*As, it was...

10.00, I booked a ticket and within 3 minutes I managed to book it.
*But, at 10.03 AM I got CKWL49.
*There were 216 seats in SL for NDLS-HJP section.
*My user id was migrated to next generation e-ticketing.
*Still, I coul not book a confirm berth.
*What else I was supposed to do for a confirm berth ?

All I can say that you made a wrong choice bro, try for SS tomorrow. But better try for Patna. Seats will be easily avialable and there is absolutely no problem to go to Hjp from Patna. Just get out from PF 10 board any auto and you will reach Hajipur.. in aprox 1 hr...
