If you check the distance from station to station, it is clearly visible that this SF express is only for Kerlian Peoples not for Konkan natives, so this train have not a single halt between Panvel to Sawantwadi at Ratnagiri/Kankavli
Is it justified ? IRCT have any explanation on this. Please take a suitable decision otherwise Konkan natives will take a legal as well illegal action against you.

Kerala has strong Political Hold. Not only Pune ERC SF, But also other SF like Hapa-Tirunelveli, Deharadun Kochuveli, Amritsar Kochuveli SF has very few halts in other state. But all these train become Janta express (even Passenger train) in Kerala.

Sir the point is Kerala is a small state with high density of population and moreover you can find people from kerala in any part of India, that is they keep moving in search of employment, businesss etc. Where as it is not like that in Konkan region where you can see vast streatches of fields, hills, etc without any habitants. Even KRC has started to construct new railway staion in konkan region recently mainly to avoid delay in crossing of trains and not because of passenger or population requirement. I request you to travel once to Kerala and see the situation and the density of population in Kerala and not by just referrign to the timetable dont go for a conclusion. Railway starts trains giving priority to states/region etc. eg . Mangala exp.Nethravaty etc priotity is given for Kerala state. likewise Matsyagandha priority for Karnataka why it has more stops...
in Karnataka and less stops after Goa? likewise all trains are classified like that........If you need stoppage for Konkan region ask for new trains.
Thanks .

What about the additional stop at Karwar. One gentleman was make so much noise here regarding this that by using his political influence he will see that Karwar is made an additional stop for this train. What happened to it?. He even claimed that he got a positive reply in regerds to this from IR and the stop will be implemented soon. Still no update what happened to it? Any news?
