My Id in IRCTC is automatically migrated to next generation ticketig system...When I am searching my history this is showing "No Record Found!"..What to do please help.I have to cancel a ticket.

browser badal ke dekhiye ya iski history and cookies delete karke try kijiye.
Aap firefox ya IE se try kijiye agar problem solve nahi hua to apne antivirus ko disable karke try kijiye agar tab bhi problem solva nahi hota hai to kisi genuine internet security se apna PC scan kijiye.
google chrome main login page khulne ke baad 'Ctrl + F5' press kijiye.. it will hard refresh the page & delete the old cookies.. fir shayad kaam baan jaye.. :)
bhai maera pass licensed ANTIVIRUS hai and IE mai login hota hai par IE subha nahi chalta barabar N chrome firefox mai same problem hai
Licensed antivirus hai to iska matlab ye nahi hai ki aap ka antivirus bahut achchha hi ho. agar aapko IE mein koi problem nahi ho raha hai to iska matlab hai ki aapke browsers setting mein problem hai. Aap apne browser ko complete uninstall kijiye fir re-install kijiye tab try kijiye.
