People of vizag think capital takes peace away from them...so they apposed it.
yes capital is off topic here but regarding railway zone VSKP has been demanding for it since very long and now with the state division this was put as a proposal
Yes, we the people of VSKP, do not want our city to be capital...it disturbs the peace in the city... It is The City Of Destiny...BUT, We want Zonal HQ
a city which is developing and will develop rapidly need not to be a capital....but it deserves ZHQS status.
