I think politicians and passenger associations should realise how at the cost of adding more and more stops has led to such pathetic speeds from some of the so called superfast trains. Passengers have no other choice but to pay superfast charges depsite some of them having such low speeds. Sample a few examples below.

1) 12625- TVC NDLS Kerala express- Distance between trivandrum -ernakulam-220 km. Time taken 4 hours 30 minutes. Average speed 48km/hr

Ya between ERS and TCR there are many stops. According to me Angamali not needed. It should be either Chalakudy or Irinjalkuada(if both are removed also its ok). Wadakkanchery and ottapalam not at all needed. Wadakanchey people can travel in Venad to catch rapti and OTP is just 13km from SRR. If it is going to SRR, no need of OTP. If skipping SRR, can keep OTP. Its a SF and is stopping like passenger
