As per the Time Table in this window -- Train Nos 12605/ 12606 are provided with stoppages at Melmaruvathur & Villupuram . But while browsed to know the Fare ( Fare enquiry window ) -- it says " this halt has been deleted from ISL " ... which version is correct ie. is there stoppage in both directions or not ..

What was the joureny date given by you? Is it post july 1.
After July 1, some of the stops are removed in many trains in SR. It can be because of that. These stops might have been removed. There is no official notification for the same. We will have to wait for it.
