hi members,
I got an urgent issue with my eticket. yesterday i booked a normal ticket from my irctc account for today's journey. Now when I am loging into my account to take printout from booked history or print e ticket link, the ticket is not thr. But when i check the pnr of the ticket on railway site, it is showing the ticket details with status as waiting. i am confused as to what should i do now? how to take a printout or send sms to pasenger as booked ticket with my number but my mother is traveling.

also, i still have email from irctc which i received at the time of booking. Also, one point to add, as it was a wl ticket and travel is urgent (some health issue), we have asked someone in ministry to get the ticket confirmed thru quota. doest this have something to do with ticket not showing in my accou t?

i think its bcz ur id is migrated to next gen tkt system.........see this screen shot and u can get ur old tkt from my transaction tab.

it is strange. just after login i get a page where i have three option book ticket, transaction history and cancelation. If i click on that i only get tickets which i booked 2 months back (before migration to new platform) but i click on bookticket and then go to transaction history, then i get all my newly boked tickets. ..... for some good reason better know the developers of irctc only, the links are not working as intended.
