#NEW_TATKAL_RULES will come in effect from 1-8-14. No WL tkt will be issued after CK quota is exhausted.... (source Hindustan Dainik date 18-6-14, LKo edn.)
doesn't make much of a difference as there was no refund on cancellation but good news for general quota passengers. a few more clearance now. what abt partially waitlisted tickets? will they be issued?
