I will be traveling from vapi to pune in sleeper class on 29 June...train no-->11102

Yes. You will have to pay extra fare. Exact amount will be printed on the chart and should be paid to TC.
Yes you need to pay it..The Amount will be mentioned in chart and can be payed to TTE.Do one thing check PNR status on day of Dep sometimes they shall show excess fare that needs to be payed.
Reservation chart. Exact amount will be displayed besides your name.
