For any type of complain Onboard....!!
Just msz the complain details with Name, Seat No.
A very responsive and good service started by IR. (used it several time and got a very very immediate and effective response).

All the three complains, chocked toilet, fluctuation in light, attendant behavior for bed roll, was done for different trains of different zone and result was the same :)
First complain in 1A of ltt kyq exp second one in 3A of malwa exp and third one in indb nzm ice
