IR may not give stoppage at DGR for HWH Raj via PNBE/GAYA as these trains have already got a lot of stoppages and are taking more than 16 Hours to reach at NDLS. Trains like Poorva Exp, Kalka Mail, Sampark Kranti/Jallianwalabagh Exp and Sealdah Raj are already connecting Delhi & DGR.

HWH-JU Exp may not be given stop at DGR as Sealdah-Ajmer Exp & other trains to Rajasthan stop over here.

Yuva Exp may not stop at DGR as it even skips Gaya and has limited stops.
.
Upasana/Kumbh Exps may not stop at DGR as Doon Exp is a Daily train stopping at DGR.

Himgiri Exp may not stop at DGR since KOAA-JAT Exp already stops over here.

Akal Takht Exp may not stop at BWN and DGR as these stations may not have a sizable Punjabi Passenger Population like ASN or Calcutta who want to go to Amritsar/Patna Saheb.

PS: The Escalator is important, DEMU/Passenger trains between Rampurhat and Durgapur are important and a loco shed may only come up after DGR attains Junction status when the Joynagar - Durgapur Line will commence.
