It would make sense as the patronage wouldn't be too different from what it currently is, has similar composition to 12051/12052, and the rake that sits idle for about 21 hours at MAO during the monsoon TT can be utilised on this route, the only downside being that it'll have to arrive at MAQ at around 11pm and depart at around 5am(It'll still be convenient for passengers between MAO and UD).
Or conversely, 12051/12052 could be converted into an InterCity.

Right now, 80% of the passengers who travel in this train are unreserved passengers. So making it a fully reserved train will sound the death bells for its existence.
One small info needed, during initial KR days were MAQ-MAO Had any express service? and which got cancelled later??? am not talking about JS .
1. Earlier there used to be a MAO MAQ JNS with RSA with 12051/52 which was scrapped due to patronage.
2. The unreserved sitting is the best in this ICE as required while JNS which caters to reserved pax between MAO n DR is a hit in this route...So its d best win win situation possible and it shd nit be touched upon.

and JS is CR train And i think CR will not give its coaches to any other and also it is having rsa with aurangabad js
