With in Two hours from actual departure of train to get refund...BTW can you bit more clear about your ticket details.
I have ticket in 3AC class of dakshin express from SC to NZM for today.
Ok fine if its CNF/RAC you can travel...If its a E-ticket and gets fully W/L after charting it shall get automatically cancelled,else if its a PRS ticket you need to cancel it with in 3 hrs from actual Dep of train.
whats is the status of the ticket , is it confirmed or WL still , if chart nor prepared and if it is e0ticket you can cancel , if e-ticket and WL after chart preparation then automatic cancellation , to get refund you can cancel within 2 hours of actual departure of train from the station ...
