W/L confirm nahi hone par kya it is allowed to travel in this train with normal counter booked ticket..(the ticket is not an eticket already)...
One scenario....dont say 2nd passenger will also confirm....just i want to know ...agar 1 normal counter booked ticket hai ..jisme 2 passenger ki booking hai...aur chart ban jaane k baad....1 passenger confirm ho gaya & 2nd passenger ka abi bhi waiting ho ...to kya 2nd passenger travel kar sakta hai is train me??? use kya seat mil sakti hai ya ..usi ticket ke confirm waale passenger k saath baithne dia ja sakta hai.....pls reply

Depends wholesole on TTE.You are his mercy...bitter but true!!I have seen TTE aacomodating WL passengers/let them travel on a partially CF ticket.

Its wrong to say W/L passenger especially partial W/L & with a confirm passenger unauthorized in moral sense..as that had also paid same amount of fare as any other person in the same train & had a ticket for the same..so he is not traveling there in free of cost. Moreover, its partial W/L one passenger confirm...so it should not be like that one person is traveling & on left alone ...instead that he had paid for 2 tickets...
