I was going through a lot of blogs pertaining to Railway Budget and also wishlist by many IRI Fans . Some blogs even asking for prediction but shall i put the same in the other way round. Which zone or Sectors do you think would be neglected in this year's Budget and why?

Mumbai has always been neglected by Railways since many years. This time since Assembly elections are there, Mumbai might get its required share.Mumbai has a long list of demand which is yet to be fulfilled.
Even i guess TN,Goa,KR will be neglected this time.
