Rooms in Rail Yards where passengers can have relaxed sleeping. This will be done where there is no Retiring rooms at the stations.
3-Give away to City Colleges where colleges will allow their students to read in silent and relax and refresh after exhaustive reading.
4- Sell to Recyclers who will refurbish the coaches and resell same coaches to Railways
5-Give away to City Hospitals where relatives of patients have to either sleep in shabby porches or pay exorbitant rents to hotels.
6- use as museum for future generations to see how their ancestors suffered in stuffy coaches with scanty facilities.
