Hmm i guess they have already started running originating trains from BNC...Like BNC-Patna Jansadharan,BNC-SDAH one way spl.

Guess went off boil in between and come back in to fray again wasn't it???
First came as World Class Teminal project under PPP mode and bombed.
Now SWR has so much land there they want to develop it but road connectivity will be tough matter.
