Sir they will start as holiday special this year and make approved in the next budget ...

But what's the need to delay so much?? Simply wasting time and resources

DD towards goa is not announced because there is change in monsoon timetable so as per news source it will be after rainy season...
And as it has only one rake so they want the morning time of 12051 Jan shatabdi exp
So the railway men's are thinking on it for the time and will come with a good result for the passengers...
