All member i want to go Dhanbad but i got fear to travel through Garbha Exp.Reason that last year i travel through same train but people & train compartment is too dirty & TC cant do any thing after complain no solution i got.So my only question that is there any rules regarding this type of problem ??
now you can complaint to railway authorities about dirty compartments, waitlist passengers in coach, no water in toilet, etc problems while travelling and they will take care of your problems. sms pnr, coach no. seat no. and complaint to 09717630982.

you can not call that number. that no. can only receive sms from passengers. and this is highly effective way to solve problems onboard train and quickly.
