In Kerala its all different. Every MP/MLA wants train to stop in their area. Thats is why SF run as express, express run as passenger in kerala.
now stable govt , its time for change if no profit no exp halts , what did they do when no trains announced nothing same will happen if railway law made active any protestor try to obstuct trains,property damagae etc straight too jail for 3-6months no bail this kind of law should be made .

It will be a good step. As it is in the Rail budget the minister clearly said that if such a unhealthy trend continues, then all express trains would become passenger trains. Below is a portion of the speech which was mentioned in his budget speech regarding train stoppages.
While I appreciate the wish of everyone wanting a stoppage close to their place of work or residence, there is a cost to the system for each stoppage.
