I want to know about Retiring Room Rules of Indian Railways:-
1) For booking a Retiring Room in a Station only one onwards confirm ticket is sufficient or a person should have incoming as well as onwards journey tickets ? Please confirm.
2) Why Indian Railways not putting all the stations retiring room bookings (or at least major stations such as Lumding Jn) online ?

A person reaching at the last moment can not get any room. Where as local people books the room in advance. Thats what is happening at some stations. So, I request Railways to put more number of stations online at least more than 5 rooms available.
