How loco change can occur at igatpuri while it doesnot halt at IGP

Since this train goes to CSTM, a loco change is essential. The train cannot proceed with a WAP#4 to CSTM as DC to AC conversion till CSTM is still in process (if I am not wrong). The train gets a WCAM#3 at IGP so as to proceed to CSTM. Anyways, I don't think there is any train which does not stop at IGP. Trains with no loco change still stop at IGP to check the brakes as they need to traverse the Ghat section to reach Kasara. Kindly correct me if I am wrong.
This train has a technical halt at IGP for 15 mins for loco change. Loco is changed from WAP-4 to WCAM-3. Every up as well as down train has a technical halt of minimum 5 mins to 20 mins for either crew change(For trains bound to LTT) & Loco Change(For trains bound to CST)
Yeah few days back i was told here on IRI that only 24 coach trains needs brakers while descending kasara ghats and so there train may be getting additional locos here.
