Well the railway rule book says pulling of chain without a valid reason would be liable for some action.... .but chain pulling is allowed for some genuine reason like if somebody or something fell from the train or there is some emergency on board or some mishap happens.... These scenarios may be considered genuine...... Petty or lame excuses will attract penalty if u are caught
