One of the unwanted step.
People in ottapalam can take CBE Intercity express and reach PGT and can catch Kerala Express easily with sufficient buffer time.
Similiarly passengers can take Island express from OTP and reach PGT and catch Chennnai TVC Mail.
In return, they can get Island or Mangalore Intercity from PGT for Kerala express.
