yes, both 12301 UP & 12302 DN HWH - NDLS Rajdhani Exp (via GAYA) should provided halt at ASANSOL JN (ASN).
Because, there is not so much quota available in 12313 UP & 12314 DN SDAH - NDLS Rajdhani Exp for ASANSOL JN (ASN). After KOLKATA, ASANSOL is the most important city in WEST BENGAL. So many passengers travel to NEW DELHI for their various purpose daily from ASANSOL. If there is a stoppage at ASN for 12301 & 12302, then it will be beneficial for Indian Railways.
Already there is a halt...
