The most important announcement in Railwayu Budget this year is Decrease in IRCTC service charge From Rs 20 & Rs 10 to Rs 10 & Rs 5 in AC & SL classes respectively.

Do any body has the idea when this CRIS platform for E ticketing would be rolled in?
How it will help ?? The charges are going down, so consumer is benefited for sure.
Consumer's benefit is agent's benefit is not it ?
It will attract more & more customers towards E Tickets after that & we will get more business .
