Why are the Special Trains always Late by 3-4hrs
If Railways cant manage the time schedule...thn why they run special trains?

Special trains are run to meet seasonal peak demands. These trains are not maintained on a permanent basis, because the infrastructure cannot support these extra trains indefinitely.
Punctuality is not a priority for Special trains. In fact, Special trains often have to wait for long intervals at signals, to let the "regular" trains pass. Special trains do not have a regular "name"; so there is no reputation to maintain. Also, old and often dirty spare coaches are allocated to Special trains. Once again, there is no reputation to maintain.
