Is there any unreserved ticket counter outside the new delhi railway station as there are a large length of queue and it takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour just to take a unreserved ticket?

Exactly it is located at the beginning of pf-1 from sadar side. Its almost below the road bridge near to cloak room as well.
It will take max 10-15 mins and minimum 5 mins. So all the best.
Thanks for it as i used to go at pf-16 side and almost waste my 45 minutes or so to get the ticket as distance between new delhi metro station and pf-16 is less so that's why but the problem now is that how to reach pf-1 as if i enter the foot over bridge there is Ticket Checking staff and i would get caught there?
Just tell them my family is waiting at pf-1/2/3 and i have a rajdhani/shatabdi to
board. and i had come to pf-16 to see off my relative. (If still doesn't let you go then carry on with below explanation)
