We noticed this baby snake stuck on the railway tracks and helped it out.

i dont know much zoology and further abt reptiles...but the geometric patterns suggest its krait.....
If it is Venomous snakes, then baby snakes are more dangerous than big one. This is because, they are yet to learn to contol the amount of venom injected during its bite. So be careful.

It looks like a krait as russel's viper will have oval shaped patterns not stripes.
