if this benefits the train i.e ontime arrival at Nasik then surely such change is acceptable but a shift from LTT to CSTM will also be needed.
The CR TTE who was there checking our ticket onboard 02109 said kalyan halt shouldnt be given. many unwanted crowd might board he had stated.
Unwanted crowd in AC Exp??? KYN Halt is very favourable for people staying in Suburban Mumbai. This is a very popular train between Mumbai and Delhi and preferred by many passengers. Lot of public board this train at KYN itself.

There is less intercity trains for nasik than for pune.

This truely happens.. in day time trains I have seen myself in Gitanjali Express 2A and 3A that too in off season during rains
